15 years ago, Bistro Burger introduced the first 6 ounce Niman Ranch hamburger. At the time, it was groundbreaking and cost under $4. Back then Niman Ranch was just becoming a name synonymous with the highest quality and sustainability. You could taste the difference.

15 years later, that mantle has been passed to another beef supplier with 100% grass fed and completely free range beef. All the same standards of hormone free and no additives apply. It has taken us 3 years to find a product in this category that would meet and surpass the standards set by Bistro Burger in 1993. Finally, after 3 months of extensive taste tasting by our customers and staff, we decided that Estancia Beef would be a great step forward for both our loyal clientele as well as the industry in general.
